Similar to a flat but not as clustered/stacked.

Loft apartments to let:

Bedroom upstairs with an open plan living area downstairs. It may or may not have a garden.

Maisonettes to let:

Apartments to let  are semidetached. Bedrooms upstairs, living area and kitchen downstairs with  small garden.

Corporate properties are properties available to companies. The lease will be in the companies name or where the company stands surety.

Corporate Rental Properties should be made available for at least 2 to 3 years.
